OVERVIEW

The Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) is a major firearms, defence contractor, and military corporation
headquartered in Wah Cantt, Punjab, Pakistan. The Wah Cantonment hosts a network 19,000 homes on its
electrical grid for residents. The Electrical Distribution system managment is managed by an inferior
technology.POF is looking to revamp their ED management solution to implement a state-of-the-art,
innovative and next gen solution.

In this regard, SEED’s Management Solution will help POF manage Electric billing system which will provide them
with accurate information leading to efficient operations and gain the financial strength required in an increasing-
ly competitive landscape. SEED is pleased to provide the below proposal to achieve these goals.
