Wires from Mics - Tripping Hazard


Paper stands - May fall over
Water may be spilt - breaking equipt.
Mic stands - Falling over
Lights - Power cut
Person who may be harmed / property damages Control in already place
Voice actors may be injured and Mics may fall on floor and get damaged. Studio is tidied
May injur a voice actor and could damage property inside. Ensure stands are stable
Technology equiptment may get damaged and can cause slipping hazard Keep water bottled - safe cap

Moderate Warn voice actors of tripping hazard and keep wires to one side
Moderate Keep stands as short as possible to limit area of possible fall and keep studio tidy
Modertate Sign outside/on door stating no drinks - bottled water kept in seperate room for voice actors
Low Keep mics stands on the desk, avoid falling distance if stands give way.
Moderate Bring tourch and check weather to see if that may cause a black out.
