(A) The applicants who have applied for the posts of Astt. Prof.

for
different subjects, other than

Psychology
Urdu & Persian &
Astt. Librarian

are hereby informed that as per University Ord.141-B1(4) will have to

appear for online written test (Short listing purpose) on the dates, to be
announced later on a short notice of seven days.

It is for their information that:

(a) The syllabus for written test will be the syllabus for the subject
concerned as on display.
(b) There will be 180 objective type questions and the time given will
be 3 Hrs, It will be of online nature.
(c) Every Question will carry 03 marks and 01 marks will be
deducted for every wrong answer.
(d) Any question found wrong or found with wrong option, after
completion of exam, will be examined by the Committee
appointed for it and if it is found appropriate the question will be
deleted from the paper and no extra mark/ bonus mark will be
given to the candidate, may he/she have attempted it or not.
(e) The marks for short listing will not be communicated to the
Selection Committee.

(B)For Non-Teaching posts the dates of written test, where ever mentioned
in the advertisement, will be declared soon.

For the benefit of the applicants it is suggested that they should go through
these informations and be in touch with the University Website time to
time.
(a) The written exam will be for short listing the candidates for
interview, and marks obtained will not be communicated to
Selection Committee.
(b) The paper scheme for each post has already been given against
their titles in Ord. 359.
(c) Each question will carry 03 marks and one mark will deducted for
every wrong answers.
