Sir,

I, Masapeta Srinivasa Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy, Aged


about:45 Years, Occ: Business R/o Plot No. 62, H.No.4-437/17,
T.S.R Colony, Meerpet Village, Saroor Nagar Mandal submit the
following lines for your kind consideration and necessary action.

1. I submit that one Jillela Papi Redy was the original owner of
Ac. 2-19 Gts in Sy.No. 186/E and Ac. 1-30 Gts in
Sy.No. 187/ U situated at Medipally village, Yacharam Manda. He
has executed a Regd. Gift Deed Doc.No. 7317/2005
Dt: 20-10-2005 in favour of his two sons namely J.Yadava Reddy
and Srinivas Reddy in respect of the said lands. Subsequently
I have purchased the said lands under different transactions and
become its absolute owner. The details of various transactions
under which I have purchased the above land is described
hereunder.

i) My self, Mohan Das, D.Satynarayana, D.Krishna Reddy,


D.Dharma Reddy have jointly purchased Ac. 2-19 Gts in
Sy.No.186/E and 186/E/1 and Ac. 1-30 Gts in
Sy.No. 187/U and 187/U/1 from Jillela Yadava Reddy and
Jillela Srinivas Reddy vide Regd. Sale Deed Doc.No.14706
Dt: 13-11-2006. Though land of one Jillela Prabhakar
Reddy in Sy.No.186/A, extent Ac.2-20 Gts and Ac. 1-31
Gts in Sy.No.187/E is also purchased by us under the said
Sale Deed, the said land in not in dispute. Out of the said
extents purchased from Yadav Reddy and Srinivasa Reddy
I am the 1/5th share holder as such I am issued with Pass
Book and Title Deed for an extent of Ac.0-20 Gts in
Sy.Nos. 186/E and 186/E/1 and Ac.0-14 Gts in Sy.No.
187/U and 187/U/1, in respect of the lands belonging to
Yadava Reddy and Srinivas Reddy.

ii) Further I have purchased the share of other


shareholders/co-owners namely D.Dharma Reddy and and
D.Krishna Reddy vide Regd. Agreement of Sale –cum- GPA
couple with possession vide Doc.No.3433/2015 Dt: 31-03-
2015. Under the said sale deed total an extern of Ac.3-16
Gts is purchased by me and out of said extent Ac. 0-20 Gts
in Sy.No.186/E and 186/E/1, Ac 0-14 Gts in Sy.No.187/U
and 187/U/1 is the land of D.Krishna Reddy which is jointly
purchased by us from Jillela Yadava Reddy and Jillela
Srinivas Reddy. Similarly Ac. 0-20 Gts in Sy.No.186/E and
186/E/1, Ac 0-14 Gts in Sy.No.187/U and 187/U/1 is the
land of D.Dharma Reddy which is jointly purchased by us
from Jillela Yadava Reddy and Jillela Srinivas Reddy.

iii) Further the other shareholders viz., K.Mohan Das and


D.Satyanarayana through their GPA Holder S. Janga
Reddy (Doc.No.2377/2015 Dt: 04-03-2015) have executed
a Regd. Sale Deed Doc.No.549/2016 Dt: 07-01-2016 in my
favour, selling their share, which was jointly purchased by
us from Jillela Yadava Reddy and Jillela Srinivas Reddy.
Under the said Sale Deed I have purchased Ac.0-39 Gts in
Sy.No.186/E and 186/E1, Ac.0-28 Gts in Sy.No. 187/U and
187/U1.

iv) Thus I become the absolute owner and possessor of


Ac.0-20 Gts + Ac.0-20 Gts + Ac.0-20+ Ac.0-39 Gts = Total
Ac.2-19 Gts (all belonging to Yadava Reddy and Srinivas
Reddy )in Sy.No. 186/E and 1896/E1 apart from the land
purchased from Prabhakar Reddy. Similarly I become the
absolute owner and possessor of Ac.0-14 Gts +
Ac.0-14 Gts + Ac.0-14+ Ac.0-28 Gts = Ac.1-30 Gts (all
belonging to Yadava Reddy and Srinivas Reddy) in
Sy.No.187/U and Sy.No.187/U/1.

2. My name is mutated in revenue records and I am issued


with title deed in respect of the above lands apart from other
lands and I am in peaceful and continuous possession of the
same from the date purchase.

3. I submit that, apart from the land in Sy.No. 186, Jillela Papi
Reddy, was also the owner of Ac.2-19 Gys in Sy.No.191 and
during his life time, he has sold Ac.2-00 in Sy.No.191 to Mote
Mallaiah through un-registered Sale Deed and entries in Revenue
Records clearly establish that Mallaiah has purchased the land in
Sy.No.191 and his name reflected as possessor of said land in
Sy.No.191. Subsequently the document No. 4640/2005 is
registered in the name of his son Mote Krishna. But due to
oversight, in the said Sale Deed, the Survey Number of the land
is wrongly mentioned as 186 instead of 191. Though the Survey
Number is wrongly mentioned, the possession of land is delivered
in Sy.No.191 and boundaries mentioned therein are also of
Sy.No.191. Even from the date of purchase and at present also,
the Mote Krishna is in possession of land in Sy.No.191 and I am
in possession of land in Sy.No. 186 purchased from the sons of
Papi Reddy. Taking the said cryptic error as an advantage, the
Mote Krishna has colluded with my Vendors Yadava Reddy and
Srinivas Reddy and is frequently disputing with my possession
over the suit land with an intention to grab the land and to grab
the compensation amount payable from the Land Acquisition
Authorities of Pharma City. Further though only Ac.2-00 Gts is
purchased by Mote Krishna, he has managed the revenue
authorities and illegally got implemented his name in revenue
records in respect of Ac.2-19 Gts. Mote Krishna and the sons of
his Vendor i.e., Jillela Srinvas Reddy and Yadava Reddy are well
aware of the fact of wrong mention of Sy.No. in the sale deed as
Sy.No.186 instead of Sy.No.191. Instead of going for
rectification, they with a malice intention, have conspired
together and hatched a plan to grab my land and are harassing
me with all wrong litigations. The Vendor of Mote Krishna i.e.,
Papi Reddy, who is father of Jillela Yadava Reddy and Srinivas

Reddy has admitted the fact of selling of land in Sy.No.186 to us


in O.S 3047/2006 on the file of Hon’ble I Addl. S.C.J Court,
Mahabubnagar.

4. If the alleged sale deed under which the Mote Krishna has
purchased the land is taken into consideration., and for a while if
it presumed that the land sold under the said Sale Deed is in
Sy.No.186, then the act of sons of his Vendor- Papi Reddy, i.e.,
acts of Jillela Yadava Reddy and Srinivas Reddy, selling the same
land to me amounts the act of cheating and criminal conspiracy
to illegally gain.

5. Though Mote Krishna, Jillela Yadava Reddy and Srinivas


Reddy know that the land purchased by Mote Krishna is in
Sy.No.191, as a cryptic error is occurred in the Sale Deed by
wrongly mentioning it as Sy.No.186, the above persons have
colluded together and trying to grab the land-compensation
amount payable to me from the Land Acquisition Authorities of
Pharma City. If for a while, it is presumed that the Sy.No in the
Sale Deed of Mote Krishna is treated as 186, then the act of
Yadava Reddy and Srinivas Reddy executing the sale deed in my
favor and others in respect of the same land in Sy.No. 186
amounts to cheating.

6. As a matter of fact, Mote Krishna is in possession of land in


Sy.No. 191 and I am in possession of land in Sy.No.186. But
Mote Krishna in collusion with Jillela Yadava Reddy and Srinivas
Reddy is regularly trying to occupy our land and is trespassing
into our land by removing the boundary stones.. That Mote
Krishna, Jillela Yadava Reddy and Jillela Srinivas Reddy have
colluded together and intentionally not going for rectification of
the document under which the father of Jillela Yadava Reddy and
Jillela Srinivas Reddy sold the land in Sy.No,. 191 to Mote
Krishna and they just to defraud me are claiming land in Sy.No.
186, which is already sold to me by Jillela Yadava Reddy and
Jillela Srinivas Reddy.

7. I further submit that on -12-2019, Mote Krishna, Jillela


Yadava Reddy and Jillela Srinivas Reddy along with some anti-
social elements came near to my land in Sy.No.186, removed the
boundary stones and fencing stones, causing damage to me.
When I questioned their illegal activities, they threatened me
and abused me in filthy language. I requested them to at-least
indemnify the loss caused to me. But having the staunch support
of political and anti-social elements, they abused and threatened
me with dire consequences and left the place.

Therefore, I request you Sir, to kindly to take action against


said Mote Krishna, Jillela Yadava Reddy and Jillela Srinivas
Reddy, who have conspired together to cheat me, and to do
justice to me.
