Sir,
1. I submit that one Jillela Papi Redy was the original owner of
Ac. 2-19 Gts in Sy.No. 186/E and Ac. 1-30 Gts in
Sy.No. 187/ U situated at Medipally village, Yacharam Manda. He
has executed a Regd. Gift Deed Doc.No. 7317/2005
Dt: 20-10-2005 in favour of his two sons namely J.Yadava Reddy
and Srinivas Reddy in respect of the said lands. Subsequently
I have purchased the said lands under different transactions and
become its absolute owner. The details of various transactions
under which I have purchased the above land is described
hereunder.
3. I submit that, apart from the land in Sy.No. 186, Jillela Papi
Reddy, was also the owner of Ac.2-19 Gys in Sy.No.191 and
during his life time, he has sold Ac.2-00 in Sy.No.191 to Mote
Mallaiah through un-registered Sale Deed and entries in Revenue
Records clearly establish that Mallaiah has purchased the land in
Sy.No.191 and his name reflected as possessor of said land in
Sy.No.191. Subsequently the document No. 4640/2005 is
registered in the name of his son Mote Krishna. But due to
oversight, in the said Sale Deed, the Survey Number of the land
is wrongly mentioned as 186 instead of 191. Though the Survey
Number is wrongly mentioned, the possession of land is delivered
in Sy.No.191 and boundaries mentioned therein are also of
Sy.No.191. Even from the date of purchase and at present also,
the Mote Krishna is in possession of land in Sy.No.191 and I am
in possession of land in Sy.No. 186 purchased from the sons of
Papi Reddy. Taking the said cryptic error as an advantage, the
Mote Krishna has colluded with my Vendors Yadava Reddy and
Srinivas Reddy and is frequently disputing with my possession
over the suit land with an intention to grab the land and to grab
the compensation amount payable from the Land Acquisition
Authorities of Pharma City. Further though only Ac.2-00 Gts is
purchased by Mote Krishna, he has managed the revenue
authorities and illegally got implemented his name in revenue
records in respect of Ac.2-19 Gts. Mote Krishna and the sons of
his Vendor i.e., Jillela Srinvas Reddy and Yadava Reddy are well
aware of the fact of wrong mention of Sy.No. in the sale deed as
Sy.No.186 instead of Sy.No.191. Instead of going for
rectification, they with a malice intention, have conspired
together and hatched a plan to grab my land and are harassing
me with all wrong litigations. The Vendor of Mote Krishna i.e.,
Papi Reddy, who is father of Jillela Yadava Reddy and Srinivas

4. If the alleged sale deed under which the Mote Krishna has
purchased the land is taken into consideration., and for a while if
it presumed that the land sold under the said Sale Deed is in
Sy.No.186, then the act of sons of his Vendor- Papi Reddy, i.e.,
acts of Jillela Yadava Reddy and Srinivas Reddy, selling the same
land to me amounts the act of cheating and criminal conspiracy
to illegally gain.
