Rules and gameplay for Milsim

Scissorhand

1. Must be not less than 14 years


old unless parents or guardian
signed the release letter
acknowledging that the risk is not
on the organizer if accident may
happens to their child.
2.All players are to submit personal
details as requested by the game
organizer. e.g: next of kin, contact
person, etc.
3. Any injuries or accidents are
totally at own risk. As a player, all
precautionary steps to avoid
personal injuries should be taken
into consideration. Request for
personal insurance cover or
contact the organizer for any
insurance package offered(if any).

Before game
1.operators should confirm their
attendance at least by 20 January
2020 by paying the fees of
RM40.00 and then contact the
organizer for further instructions.
2.any frauds in registration may
caused banning or exclusion from
Milsim.
3. Please specify whether you are
allergic to any food or having a
health issues. Sick players are not
allowed to be in the game.
4.make sure you are ready and fit
for a Milsim.
5. Upon arrival, you will be divided
according to your team.
6. Each team will have 2 medics
from Hit! to ensure that the game
is played with full integrity.
7. All blasters registered in the
Google docs will be checked and
chronoed then verified by the
organiser before they are being
pasted with stickers of
approval(cannot be peeled, or the
blaster considered unfit for Milsim
if there's any sign of amendment
done after chronoed)
8. As agreed, fps is capped at
250fps . Only streamlines, Stefans
and HIR are allowed.
9.make sure all personal
belongings , blasters, mags, accs
are marked or labelled. Any items
lost is at own risk.
10.NO BLACK COLORED BLASTER
ALLOWED or blaster considered as
too realistic which may cause
unwanted attention.
11. No limit in number of darts or
ammo used individually.
12. No selling at the event itself.
13. Make sure if brought along your
peers, spouse, children, etc, they
are well taken care of and can't be
inside the game zone.
14. Maximum 3 blaster for each
operators.
15. Please respect the blaster you
are carrying as real firearms during
transit.
16. No combat fatigue that
represents current local or
abroad military units are
allowed.

During the Milsim.


1. Check the weather and be
prepared. All is "go". The game will
be stopped/delayed/cancel of the
organizer decided it is too unsafe
for all due to the location is on top
of a hill.
2. No smelly food allowed during
the game as it will attract wild
animals esp. wild boars.
3. No big load / bags to be carried
by operators. Only small bags are
allowed. You are embarking on a 2
hours game not a combat
deployment.
4.no sharp weapons allowed at all
time. Keep your melee weapons at
home too.
5. Please listen to the instructions
given by your team commanders.
Organizer will brief only two team
commanders.
6. Each player will be given a map
of area.
7. If tired, rest. Water parade to be
observed by team commanders.
8. No alcoholic drinks allowed. No
pork or non halal food allowed too.
Smoking only at specific area and
observe fire safety. Cigarettes butt
are to be thrown away in a special
bin at safe zone only.
9. Do not stray away from the play
area at all cost.
10. Play area will be marked using
a white and blue tape.
11. Please be honest. If hit! ,
acknowledge others by yelling
"I'm hit!",
Sit at that particular spot, tie
the cloth provided on your arm,
and wait for medic. You are
NOT to call for medic instead
your buddy nearest to you.
Dead man don't talk.
If the medic isn't available for 7
minutes, walk to the
rendezvous point (R.P) and
respawn. Pass a cloth to the
person waiting at the R.P. .
Any Team members are eligible
to donate their life cloth to
other players but that means
the person itself lose 1 life.
1cloth = 1 life
If out of life, please go back to
Safe Point (S.P) , with both
arms raised and blaster is on
your head.
12. Please respect other players.
No harsh words or obscene sign
language should be used.
13. You are not allowed to
exchange blasters. If the gun is hit
with dart, it is considered unusable
for the entire game session. Next
game it will be serviceable again.
14. Any surrendering enemy or
captured enemy should be treated
accordingly. No physical contact
allowed. No tying no bonding
allowed. Confiscate one cloth and
that person should stay at that spot
only be tapped by friendliest to get
back into a game.
15. Any amendments will be
acknowledged.
17. Have fun and be safe.
18. In case you encounter wild
animals, act accordingly. DO NOT
BE BRAVE. STEVE IRWIN DIED.
19. If rains, wrap your motorized
blasters and carry on fighting
unless informed.

After the Game.


1. It's a game, theres a winner and
a losing team.
2. Be sporting.
3. Make sure any rubbish carried
along the game are to be disposed
properly.
4. For safety purpose, do not go
into the jungle area alone or in
groups after game.
5. Clean yourself and your
equipments.
6. Observed the transit rules for
blasters as it is a real firearm.
