The report covers events which could be categorized as corporate meetings,

government meetings, association meetings, conferences, congresses, convention,
trade fair and exhibitions, fora, seminars, workshops and the like. Excluded in the
survey are events in the category of fellowship or prayer meetings, dramas, shows,
concerts, contests, social functions (wedding, debut, birthday, etc.) job fairs, rallies,
exams, press conferences, in-house meetings, inductions, graduations, competitions,
sporting events, and other similar events. Also excluded are international events which
involved less than five foreign participants and national events with less than ten
participants.

Only events held for three (3) hours or more are included.
