Dear Madam Abarro:

To ensure the discipline of the senior high students in the utilization of the rest room, we would like to
formally request from your office that we be allowed to implement a no I.D. –no rest room utilization
policy to students who will use the said comfort room. This policy is to allow student to go to the rest
room one at a time to refrain from disturbing classes and from being crowded in the area. Please see
attached sample printed I.D.

I am hoping that this request merits your approval.
