1. I have chosen civil engineering, because it directly involves in welfare of human beings in almost
every aspect of life e.g. water supply, electricity supply system, road construction etc. When I have
checked your company, then I realized you are working on the same thing as I wished for that is
lifeline construction.
2. While working at small company, I have to involve in almost every project of company regardless
of field. It means I can learn different skills while working at different projects.
3. By working in a group, I can directly give my ideas to create differences.

 I wished for to do something big with my own hands for human beings e.g. I can make water supply
system on mountain area which would be beneficial for people then I can say proudly I am the
person who made it possible.
 By working with seniors, I want to learn skills which are related to construction management and
site supervision. So, in future, I can lead the project as a site supervisor.
 私は人間のために自分の手で大きな何かをしたいと思っていました。私は山岳地帯で給水システムを
作ることができますそれは人々にとって有益ですそれから私は誇らしげに私がそれを可能にした人である
と言うことができます。
 高齢者と仕事をすることで、建設管理や現場監理に関連するスキルを学びたい。そのため、将来的に

I am always positive in learning and good at challenging towards goals. I have participated in an internship
for two weeks at pacific consultants in Tokyo. Demand forecasting was a new field for me in civil
engineering research, but I was able to positively deal with issues and discover civil engineering issues that
I did not notice myself. I would like to contribute by making use of my past learning and “challenge power”
in your company.
