A number of new reports and surveys have revealed that a huge majority of

people, especially children and teenagers, chooses video games over exercise.
These results are alarming since frequent physical exercise is mandatory for a
person’s well-being as well as a healthy body and mind.

Since, everyone acknowledges the benefits pf physical exercise and sports,

particularly at a younger age, it is wise to consider making them compulsory for all
students in every school. Sports, which is a mix of exercise, fun and strategy, is
the perfect way to promote physical education in schools. It can also prove as a
much needed break from the stress of other courses, such as, math and physics.

Physical education must be taught and exercised daily to all students in order to
be established as important as other forms of education practised in schools. This
will hopefully convince all children and teenagers to exercise not only during their
younger years, but also later in life.

Sports and physical exercise are very important for our health and they should be
compulsory as a form of education in order to keep practising them in our daily
lives.
