Thank you for you enquiry No. TD/432 in which you expressed your interest in
Elextro Washing machine Model 302.

We have much pleasure in enclosing with this letter our official offer No. MD/432
for these above products and would like to notice some things as follow:

1. Price: USD 700 per item. As this kind of product is completely new to Vietnam
market and this is also our first order, we can offer you a 10% discount off total
invoice value, in addition to 5% commission.
2. Payment: by irrevocable L/C at 3 months deferred sights instead of 2 months at
buyer’s request since we have to take delivery time into account. There is no
need to confirm L/C because we always make payment on time in trading
process between our two companies.
3. Packing: in thick carton and shipped in 20 feet containers which are suitable for
shipping by sea.
4. Delivery: in one shipment and we will inform you at least 2 months about
estimated time of arrival in order to arrange for receiving goods.

We will take full responsibility of getting import license and fulfilling all nesessary
customs clearance. At our agreement, you must not sign any contracts to supply this
kind of washing machine to any company in Vietnam.
