You have the power to accomplish, achieve, and receive all the good, great, and better

you set out to attain. Don't limit yourself to how much more awesome you can be, how much

more greater you can enjoy, and how much better you can have it!

You can feel so much better, do so much better, enjoy so much more, and be all you can be. So,

pave your own trail upon your own path empowering through beyond all of the challenges and

obstacles before you. Remain focused on the good stuff and keep moving with your

awesomeness! Stay on point as you're meant to succeed and enjoy your life's journey! Be the

best version of yourself and do whatever is necessary to bring forth bliss and joy!

Our video shows how you can be a better person, with how we should handle our own stress.

Start working towards alleviating whatever is causing that stress. You can fight the symptoms

with exercise, friends, and family. Eventually you'll have to tackle the source. Got a big test

coming up? Start studying. Worried about a job interview? Go interview yourself in a mirror to

practice.

As we have shown on our video, we made a self care video about how to avoid stress and other

things when studying, a lot of students know the feeling and they always experience it, when

their teachers demand a lot of school activities or your family pressuring you to do good at

school all of us students must have experienced this. It's really important to always realize

nothing is the end of the world as there are always alternatives to whichever situation and

everything should be accomplished within reason. You're not going to stop sleeping just to study,

just as failing a test won't ruin your life.


Do something that you generally enjoy that won't stress you out even more, time management,

prioritizing, and recognizing your own limitations. Balance out all of the school works to finish

them on time, remove all of your distractions and do not be pressured because being pressured

make you stressed even more. With time management always make plans and schedules properly

for example make a schedule on what time and day you’re going to do your school works but

most importantly after all of these go out with your friends. After having a stressful day take a

break, hang out with your friends, family, and lover. Don’t forget to have fun and always take

care of yourself.
