Christian greetings!

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing 3rd year students in participation
with the senior Finance students of the College of Business & Accountancy propose to conduct an
educational field trip to relevant companies & industries in Metro Cebu, tentatively scheduled on
August 27-31, 2015.

This educational tour aims to:

1. expose the students in the real world of Marketing and Advertising;

2. expose the students on the company’s different facilities and working environment;
3. be able to know how businesses manage, organise, and plan;
4. be able to meet people who are involved in actual Marketing;
5. be able to know the actual processes involved in Marketing & Advertising;
6. be able to observe how Advertising people work;
7. be able to meet the leader and officers of a company.

In this regard, we are requesting for your support and approval for the said activity. In compliance with
the requirements of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) pertaining to the student’s
educational field trips, we will adequately prepare them and submit the same to the above office along
with your good approval.

Attached herewith are our preliminary proposal and a copy of a travel tour offer sheet from a local
travel agency.
