Student enrolment on one hand sound simple as a straightforward procedure and on the other
hand, is a complicated workflow that based on high school enrollment policy. These enrollment
policy are subset of the school's business rules. These rule cover subject pre-requisite, student's
payment status, registrar decision and the student seniority. This project look at an web based
enrollment for all student of j victoria school. It stores of student information like a student
payment, year and section. It may also be use for local assessment of a student in j victoria
school for their fees. The web based enrollment designed for use of who want to enroll. For

Enrollment is the process of the entering and verifying data of student to register on a particular
school. Different interrelated processes build up enrollment procedures called Enrollment
System(ES). ES are used particular in recording and retrieving student’s information.
Tracking student’s information is also one feature of ES, in which the school can trace the
standing of a student. Verifying payments was also added to update or browse student’s billing.
Enrollment system is a good example of a computer generated process. This can lessen the
workload and provides accurate information needed of the school. As a result, It will benefit
not only the student but the administration as a whole.
Mission
Our school strives to be culturally diverse community of student’s parents and staff, dedicated
to creating a peaceful and conducting environment that each person is treated with uncondition
positive regard and genuine acceptance to live, governed by the four core values of the school.
Within such environment, each individual will be empowered and inspired to unfold their
physical, mental and emotional potential synchronically, uplifting their positive abilities, talents
and skill with regard to academic and non-academic affairs.
In line with this mission, in collaboration with the students, teachers, administrators, parents
and community, we aim for.
Self-Improvement
Efficient management
Raising expectations
Equal opportunity
Community involvement
Academic achievement
Vision
The school as an institution envisions itself to be a haven in which each learner, who all come
frome diverse contexts, such as cultural background and life experiences, becomes a productive
adult. It foresees to be an effective and efficient school, gradually raising in standards which
procedures major contributions in student achievement.

As the young minds gain consciousness of it’s surrounding JVMS Elementary Department
envisions to harness the full potential of each individual, teach them independence and improve
their social skills. At this early stage, pupils are taught to be goal oriented.
JVMS Junior high school department sees the potential in every student. The JHS Department
is committed to the conscious integration of values and implementation of guidance program to
help them make wise decisions for their goals towards a successful career.
JVMS Senior High is committed to producing competitive graduates capable of pursuing any
business course social sciences studies in the country’s leading universities.
1.1 BUSINESS PROCESS
Registration
J victoria Montessori school is after the student thus, they prioritize the enrollment
procedure for each and every level.
New Students
Early registration is being implemented in the school. As early January, the school
already accepted new enrollees for high school to senior high.
Enrollees for new students should secure number of admission and must present it in
the admission office together with registration forms given by the registrar for evaluation.
Old Students
Enrollment schedule for the old students will just announce by the school through
posting schedules in the school gate.
For the old students must present their assessment forms to the office.
Admission
New Students
In the process the school will give the list of requirements to the student who want to
enroll in J victoria Montessori school. Also the following forms needed to be fill up like
information slip, advising sling and also those necessary information needed to be fill up for the
registration form including the students personal information, family background etc.
Those form or slip especially the registration form must fill up properly because it is
needed to present for the students evaluation.
Old Students
The current students of J Victoria Montessori School still need to have the registration
form that will up every enrollment in order to identify if he/she still enrolled in the school.
Registration form is very important in the school thus, every students of JVMS must
keep their registration form properly so that they can have a proof that they’re officially
enrolled in JVMS.
General Problem
The current enrollment system is very tedious, costly and may requires long processing
time. This leads to inaccuracy and inefficiency throughout the process such as data processing,
monitoring profiles and organizing programs.
Specific Problem
Since the student are manually filling-up the official documents of the school, there
will be a great possibility to obtain redundant data that can cause further complexity in
the enrollment process. The students need to fill-up the information slip, advising slip,
and three(3) copies of the registration forms for the copy and record of the accounting
office, registrar and for the student themselves.
It is the most common problem of the school. In the case of JVMS, students were
consuming a lot of time in doing such things. Manually filling-up of the school’s
official documents takes so much work to accomplish. Another thing that causes the
enrollment to be not so fast is, for the instance when student records need a
confirmation or to be updated. The assigned personnel need to go back and forth to the
storage room or to the office just to get the record needed.
Aside from being time consuming, manual method of recording of information of the
student is prone to human error. Prone to file loss is still at hand due to natural
calamities like heavy rain that will cause flood and unexpected accidents like fires.
Anyone can access the files due to security.
1.3 PROJECT OBJECTIVES
General Objective
Specific Objectives
-rollment and Billing System, The school is having a hard time in collecting, saving
and retrieving of the appropriate information of many student due to human errors from
yearly filling up of paper works of the student, lost of student information and
tuition fee which takes too much time then sometimes produces inappropriate
computation of tuition. Such errors may lead to negative effects in the creations of

Requirement Analysis
All possible requirements of the system to be developed are captured in this phase and
Design
The requirement specifications from first phase are studied in this phase and the system
design is prepared. This system design helps in specifying hardware and system
With inputs from the system design, the system is first developed in small programs
called units, which are integrated in the next phase. Each unit is developed and tested
Testing
All the units developed in the implementation phase are integrated into a system after
testing of each unit. Post integration the entire system is tested for any faults and
failures.
Evolution/Maintenance
There are some issues which come up in the client environment. To fix those issues,
patches are released. Also to enhance the product some better versions are released.
Currently they have no Existing System they are only using EXCEL.
Is a web-application which avoids more manual hours that need to spend in record
keeping and generating reports. This application keeps the data in a centralized way
which is available to all the event managers. It is very easy to manage historical data
in database. Participants can register for any happening event from anywhere. Event
Manager can keep records of participants and system can easily inform them by
message and emails. Using this system, event managers can easily generate
certificates for participants and winners and its automatically mail to particular
participants.
4.4 Operational Feasibility
Previous chapters have described the technical details of the work to be done by the
panel to develop methods and other data for estimating claiming percentages. This
chapter describes the panel’s approach in making sure the proposed methods can be
implemented in practice. It comments on agreements and reviews needed at various
steps of the estimation process to ensure operational feasibility. It describes these steps
in terms of the two main factors that influence feasibility.
