THE MARRIAGE

Sure you have read them before but it's fun to remember them!!

 In old Rome, the minimum age to marry was: 12 years for

them, 14 years for them. Rather, turning 25 and being single it
was almost a sin!

 In the Old Age, marriage wasn’t based on mutual love, but on

the interest in matching families, acquiring property and
producing children to perpetuate power. This contract was
established between the father of the bride and the groom.
The woman had no injection in the decision.

 At the beginning of the 18th century, English women lost all

their property when they married, and their husbands took
full control of them. This custom remained until the twentieth
century, when women had to ask their husbands for
permission to open a bank account or buy a car.

 Between 1966 and 1979 divorces increased by 100 percent in

the United States. During the same period, the rise of birth
control pills took place in the country (coincidence?). Since
then, divorce became a common practice in Western
countries.
 Until before 1840, brides wore colorful dresses for their links.
But Queen Victoria - who was also a worshiper of jewelry -
wore a white dress at her wedding with Prince Albert,
imposing a trend that persists today.

 In English, the word "husband" (husband), referring to the old

Norse term "husbondi", which means "owner of the house".

 Work, children, the internet, television and all modern

occupations increasingly prevent cohabitation. On average,
modern couples spend only 4 minutes a day completely alone.
Oops! It seems a bit of an exaggeration, maybe in my case
yes, especially because I have a daughter! Have you thought
about how much time you spend alone with your partners?
