Engage: Review the previous topic on aquatic recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, surfing,
wakeboarding, snorkeling, water aerobics, free diving, scuba diving.

Explore: Unlocking of difficult term “Mountaineering”

Explain: Show students different kinds of food such as egg, cheese, oil, and meat. Ask students if they eat these
foods everyday (how often). What they can get from that food. Tell the students that the foods they eat
are macromolecules.
Elaborate: Discuss each biological macromolecules based on structures and identify its properties and functions.

Evaluation: Complete the table.
