OMEA Adjudicated Events Master Calendar for 2019

District Presidents are required to submit JH and HS date requests by the Winter State Board Meeting (for the following year), and all Adjudicated Event
sites/chairs no later than the May meeting (for the following year).

Options: Districts may utilize any of the JH Conflict dates for JH Solo & Ensemble and/or JH Large Group AE and may host multiple weekends for JH Solo & Ensemble.
JH B/O/C (large group) may also be scheduled with HS Large Group B/C in March; JH Orchestras may perform at the State Orchestra Event in February.
High School events may not be scheduled on JH Conflict dates.
High School directors may file a change of district/region request (for HS Large Group) with the AE Committee Chair in order to change weekends (note deadlines)
High School Solo & Ensemble AE: District leaders may utilize the HS Conflict date in January, no change of districts is allowed for members.

January 1: deadline for AE change of Region for State Orchestra, and/or District Band & Choir Large Group.
March 1: deadline for AE change of District for Junior High Large Group (Band/Choir/Orchestra).
Monday midnight: deadline for AE change of Region for State Band/Choir (Monday following District performance/qualification)
