In pursuit to cultivate values and character formation among learners, this Office will conduct a three-day seminar-workshop on campus integrity, social responsibility, values and spiritual formation cum youth congress on July 24, 25, and 26, 2019 at a venue to be announced. 2. This first Division Youth Congress champions the theme “MisOr Youth in Action: One Voice, One Division”. 3. This activity aims to: 3.1 Foster among learners the virtues of uprightness, responsibility, honesty, respect, and love of country; 3.2 _ Instill sense of good citizenship and responsible leadership; 3.3 Inculcate the basic principles of human rights and civic duties; and, 3.4 Produce School Action Projects on Campus Integrity, Social Responsibility, Values and Spiritual Formation. 4. Participants to this activity are the District Federation Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) Presidents, SPG and SSG Adviser-Presidents, Division Federation of SPG and SSG Advisers-Officers, and select SPG and SSG Advisers. Please see attached Enclosure No. 1 marked as List of Participants.5. There is no registration fee. Traveling and other incidental expenses of the field participants and trainers shall be charged against School MOOE funds/ SSG funds and for the Division Office personnel shall be charged against Division MOOE funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 6. Moreover, SPG and SSG Advisers are hereby reminded on DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2017 Re Guidelines on the Conduct of Off-Campus Activities, most specifically on Letter B of Item No. 10 (X) Special Provisions Re ‘Travel Insurance. (Securing travel insurance is mandatory for all off-campus activities. No one shall be allowed to join to join off- campus activities without travel insurance.) 7. Payments of students’ travel insurance can be charged to school MOOE, funds/SSG funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8.
