MINUTES OF MONTHLY ACADEMIC MEETING
Monthly academic meeting held on 10/08/2017 at 12:30 pm to 2:45 pm, in the Board Room of Aarang Campus was
chaired by Honorable Vice Chancellor. Following agendas were discussed in the meeting:
1. All Departments are informed regarding campus placement by NECO.
2. HODs are asked about preparedness for NAAC.
3. Departments are asked to mainitain student feedback record.
4. It is instructed to have healthy environment and give respect to collegues (male/female).
5. It is instructed to take less number of leaves.
6. Departments are asked to give more concentration on academic activities.
7. All Departments are instructed to give the lab requirements as per AICTE norms.
8. Labs should be visited and monitored frequently by faculties.
9. Calibrate equipments by external agencies.
10. All faculties are asked to register in SWAYAM.
11. It is instructed to contact Mr. Shahid for the subscription of UGC channels.
12. Academic report is to be submitted time to time.
13. Academic calendar is to be strictly followed.
14. Do not harass M.Tech. Students for thesis submission.
15. It is instructed to send placement brochures to relevant companies.
16. It is instructed to bring adjunct faculties.
17. Yoga activities are to be conducted on every Saturday.
18. All are instructed to have maximum number of MOUs with companies.
19. Placement coordinators of all departments need to coordinate with Mr. Vivek Mishra for placement brochure
distribution.
20. It is instructed to flash every activity in the Website of MATS University.
21. Education department is asked about progress of the conference.
22. All HODs are instructed to do all work which statuatory body wants.
Following Points were mentioned by the Registrar:
23. HODs are suggested to have discussion with the higher authorities for any program/proposal.
24. It is instructed to have industry interaction for further campus placement.
25. All departments are asked to give efforts for the 100% placement of students.
