 Manpower control-During weekends and rush hours , they increase their manpower due to
high footfall.

 Remote buzzers-To control take away of orders, remote buzzers are given to customers which
vibrate on the completion of an order and hence imparts hassle free self service.

 THEFT CONTROL- There is a gaurd kept at the the showroom long with hidden cameras. There
are various checkpoints within the premises.

 EMPLOYEE CONTROL- There is limited staff. There is time management schedule prepared for
each employee. Training programs are held for salespersons mainly to make them learn how to
make sales in new areas.

 Improvement: During rush hours and special occasions, there is a long queue for billing of
products because of which customers face a lot of problem. It should be properly controlled and
managed by increasing the number of cash counters.
