Analysis:

The figure shows that out of 17 students, the majority of the class was ranging to obese status
with a percentage of 35%, while 18% of the classes are underweight, 18% are the overweight and 29%
are normal.
Implication:

The data implies that there is a high percentage of underweight and obese. An
imbalance between consumed and calories expanded leads to underweight and overweight.
Underweight results from expending more calories that you consumed, which can occur when
you exercise and lack of food intake. Obesity results from an excessive calorie intake, genetics,
inadequate physical activity, and eating an abundance of high calorie foods, including junk
foods, fast foods and processed foods. As a student nurse we addressed the problems by health
teaching to promote proper diet and nutrition with adequate physical activity.
