I would like to recommend Josephine Nanjala to you to assume the position of Chef at your
restaurant. She has served as my souse chef at Rose Garden guest house restaurant Eatery
for the last two years from 2018 to 2019 and has done an amazing job. When I was ill or on
a vacation; Josephine has run my kitchen exceptionally well with no problems whatsoever.
It is with sadness that I face Josephine leaving rose garden; however I am happier to
recommend her for the available chef position at your organization. I am confident that
Josephine will run your kitchen with professionalism.

I immediately after I hired Josephine; it became evident to me that she was very talented
and capable of accomplishing a great deal more than the typical responsibilities of a chef. A
quick learner, Josephine has assisted me with managing our inventory, ordering supplies
and determining menu prices based on supply costs. She is polite, friendly and has a great
relationship with all of our vendors which have served us well any time we have needed
extra supplies on short notice.

Josephine has a flair for putting ingredients together to come up with tasty new or an
interesting twist on an old one. Some of the more popular items on our menu are
Josephine’s creations. Josephine works exceptionally well under pressure and is a gifted
multi-tasker. She has excellent leadership skills and is well liked by kitchen staff.
