3. New applicants and old substitute teachers shall strictly submit to only one (l)
elementaty ot secondary scbool head tbeir applicstior form with the required documenrs.
As much as possible, BSE Graduates and non-BSE with l8 unils of Education shall be
evaluated only for secondary.

4. The application forms shall be filed as much as practicable in schools located in the
barangay or city where the teacher-applicants reside.

6. The School Screening Committee shall vcrify all documents rs to coDpletene$ rnd
outhetrticity. The committ€e shall issue a certification to the applicant that it has
received the application speci$ing the documents that have been submitted in support of
the appli calion-

7. Public school teacheE requesting for tiansfer to another station assignment are nol
considered new applicants and should not therefore be subjected to these hirine cuidelines.

8. As provided in Sec 26 (b) Paragraph 2 ofRA 9293, teachen who have not prrcticcd their

9. Teacher-applicants shall undergo rhe pre-employment mental/physical and medical

examinations required under the Magna Carta for Public School Teachers only after the
Schools Divisioa Superintctrdetrt hrs approved their assigumetrt ordeB/appointmetrts
and before they perfom their actual classroom teaching assignments.

10. To maintain the Registry of Qualified Applicants, all school herd! are requested to
receive rpplicrtions even if 0rere is no available vacancy in their respective schools for
futu.e deployment as replacement/substitute for teachers who will go on leave ofabseDce.
ll. TIe RQA should be ready by the last week of Aoril of evcrv vcar so tlat qualified
applicnts may be appointed before the opening ofeach school year. The RQA shall be
valid for a period ofone (1) school year.
12. Failure to submit the required documents and to report for screening/evaluation on the
