Based on the initial observation of the Undersigned, there is a need to review and audit the Profile of our Teaching Personnel in the Schools Division, in the different schools in the District to determine the excess and shortage of teachers. 2. Now therefore, | hereby instruct our Public Schools District Supervisors to create a task force in the respective district, which shall be composed of five (5) members including the PSDS as Chairman and the remaining four (4) shall be the school heads. 3. The task force shall be responsible in the audit of the number of teachers in the schools at present in elementary and in the secondary, determine the teachers with correct major for junior and senior high school teachers. 4. The task force shall submit its report to the office of the Schools Division ‘Superintendent after five (5) days from the receipt of this memorandum.
