AFFIDAVIT COMPLAINT

I, EMMYLOU A. SUELTO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Maco, Compostela

Valley, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to according to law, do hereby depose and
say:
That I am one of the lured investor in the so-called Investment Scam initiated by PLC
Marketing, a so-called investment company who promised a return of investment in a few days
multiplied into five folds share;

That having been convinced by said PLC Company to invest a huge sum, I have made a
total investment engagement in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 400,000.00)
PESOS sometime on __________________, 2019;

That I have expected so much of the said Investment Return in a few days, but
everything were proven in vain, hence this Complaint Affidavit;

That I am executing this Affidavit of Complaint to file charges against PLC Company who
in a way had promised some folds multiplication of our investment and likewise had never
returned our investment capital in the amount of Php ___________________;

That I am executing this affidavit voluntarily, free from force, coercion or threats of
anykind whatsoever;

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NAUGHT.
