Dear Mr. Arcilla,

This is pertaining to your past due accounts. As you are aware, from our previous letters dated August
29, 2019 and September 29, 2019, you still have an outstanding past due accounts amounting to Pesos:
One Million Pesos Only (1,000,000.00) representing wharfage or port dues as of Statement of Account
dated September 29, 2019. Please see attached Statement of Account for your reference.

You have not responded in any way to our recent letters. Thus, we are expecting you to settle your
obligations on or before November 20, 2019 in order to make your accounts on current status and avoid
further inconvenience on your part.

We do expect you to fully settle your unpaid accounts within fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of
this letter, to avoid accumulation of additional penalties, otherwise, we will be constrained to endorse
your accounts to our Legal Services Division for appropriate legal action. This is our third and final
notice.
