Subject : COST PROPOSAL – WATERPROOFING WORKS

(SKY REGENCY RESIDENCES)

Further to our recent discussions, we are submitting herewith our tender for the supply of labor,
materials, equipment and supervision for the above-mentioned works.
Said proposal is in accordance with the scope of works outlined herein.

I. BILL OF QUANTITIES:

Please see attached.

II. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Thirty (30%) percent down payment upon issuance of NTP, Balance is progress
billing.
2. Any additional work will be billed later and shall be approved by both parties.
3. Management shall remove all obstructions on working area.
4. Management shall provide us storage area for our materials.
5. Management shall provide us power and water supply.
6. With Five (5) years warranty.
7. This proposal is valid for 30 Days upon receipt.

In the amount of this contract remains unpaid after the final acceptance of the project, the
warranty shall not take effect.
