LATAR BELAKANG
 Hampir 700,000 kejadian cardiac arrests per
tahun in Eropa
 Pasien yang mampu bertahan sampai di RS 5-
10%
 Adanya Bystander CPR memberikan angka
surival rate pasien henti jantung 2 sampai 3 kali
daripada tanpa dilakukannya CPR sama sekali
 Resusitasi yang cepat dengan memberikan
defibrilasi selama 1-2 minutes dapat
meningkatkan survival rate sampai >60%

the centre of the chest
• Place other hand on top
• Interlock fingers
• Compress the chest
– Rate 100 min-1
– Depth 4-5 cm
– Equal compression : relaxation
• When possible change CPR
operator every 2 min
