CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF LEASE made and executed by and between, AURORA VDA. DE MARIMON,
Filipino, of legal age, widow, and a resident of Barrientos st., Layawan Oroquieta City, Philippines, herein
after called the LESSOR; and
NEO WORLD TRADING AND MARKETING CORPORATION a corporation duly organized and
existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal office address at Amora Bldg. JP
Laurel Avenue Bajada Davao City represented in this act by its Manager RONALDO C. SINGGANON, of
Zone 2 Igpit Opol Misamis Oriental hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE;
WITNESSETH
That the LESSOR hereby leases unto the LESSEE and the latter accepts in lease, a commercial
building situated at Rivel st., Oroquieta City in the ground floor section (1 door) of the said building, under
the following terms and conditions of this lease as follows:

A. That the terms of this lease premises will be for one year with the monthly rental of SEVEN
THOUSAND PESOS (P 7,000.00), subject for renewal upon mutual agreement of both parties;
B. That the LESSEE shall pay one month advance rental upon execution of this contract starting
January 01, 2020;
C. That payment of utility bills such as electric, water, telephone and other billings shall be
shouldered by the LESSEE;
D. That such minor/major repairs shall be upon the consent of the LESSOR, and the lease
premises shall not be subleased;
E. That this contract of lease shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefits of each parties
hereto;
