I am pleased to write this letter for Mr. Saddam Hussain for post graduate studies at your esteemed
University. During my teaching experience in Federal University, I have come across a wide spectrum of
students. He has been my student for 4 years in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) degree.

I have taught him electronics, antenna & wave propagation & Digital Communication Systems. I rank him
among the top 5 percent of the students. On a personal level, he is a very decent person showing a lot of
