Conversation between Nurse and Patient

N : Good morning Ms. Rosmita, how are you?
P : Good morning nurse, I'm not well.
N : How do you feel?
P : I feel dizzy and nauseous, and I feel that my stomach acid is rising.
N : Have you had breakfast?
P : I have breakfast, but when I eat, I feel nauseous. so I eat only a
little.
N : Well I will measure your blood pressure first.

The doctor enters the patient's in room

D : How is the condition, Nurse ?

N : The patient complains of dizziness and nausea and his stomach
acid rises, I have measured his blood pressure which is 100/80 mmHg
D : Ms. Rosmita, have you taken medicine?
P : Not a doctor yet, my medicine has run out from last night
D : Oh okay, I will examine you and prescribe your medicine
immediately
P : Good doctor
D : Alright, excuse me, if there is something immediately call a nurse
in the nurse's station.
