DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made, entered into and executed this

WITNESSETH: That –

and Lot covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No.
____________________ of the Registry of Deeds of Trece Martires City, Cavite,
with a Land Area of _________ square meters more or less and Floor Area of
__________ square meters, situated at Lot _____, Block ______, Phase ____, Tierra
Nevada Subdivision in Barangay San Francisco, Municipality of Gen. Trias,
Province of Cavite, particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to SELL and the BUYER has agreed
to buy the above-described land, for the price and under such terms and
conditions set forth herein.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises

and more specifically of the sum of PESOS:
