As a student of Agusan National High School, I agree to abide by all school rules and regulations and it is my duty and responsibility to
always maintain an appropriate behaviour in all cases. I understand that the school upholds a “Child Friendly Environment” and always protects
the right of the students thus I voluntarily agree to the conditions and expectations expected of me.

I agree:

 not to affiliate to any gang while I am still studying at Agusan National High School.
 not to organize, support, or participate in a gang or groups of students and/or adults who engage in activities that threaten the safety
of the general populace.
 not to wear any gang-affiliated clothing in school.
 not to associate with any known or suspected gang affiliates in and out of school or at any school-related activities.
 to refrain from all harassing behaviours while attending school. This includes threats or intimidation of others by exhibiting identified
gang behaviours.
 to refrain from all gang-related activities. This includes writing in gang-style script, hand signs, stances, slang talk, and other identified
gang behaviours.
 to avoid fighting inside or outside of the school or at program sites.
 to report any gang recruitment and its related incidence to my adviser.
 to comply with all school policies, rules, and regulations.
 to submit to any disciplinary proceedings if there is any violations of the contract and school policy on my part.

These terms are specified for the purpose of providing a safe and orderly environment for both students and the school in order for them to
achieve their maximum educational potential.

I understand the above conditions and the consequences of failing to abide thereof.

For student/s who violate the student contract, the following disciplinary measure is hereby imposed after one (1) warning.

1st Offense: Community Service (8 Hours)/ Referral to ANHS Youth Center

2nd Offense: Community Service (16 Hours)/ Referral to Guidance Office
3rd Offense: Referral to CSWD
