I, EMILY B. FRINGS, married to Elmar Karl Maria Frings,

formerly Filipino, now German citizens, with residence at 406 Brgy. 5,
Lazer Compound, Calamba City, Laguna, after having sworn in
accordance with law, depose and say:

THAT, I last April 2017, I ought parcel of land situated at

Pamana Homes, Calamba City with an area of 217 square meters,
more or less, covered by TCT No. 537940;

THAT, with his affidavit, being a German citizen I promise

that after my retirement abroad, I will come back and live on the
said above described property forever.

THAT, this affidavit is being executed to comply with BP No.

185 for registration of said above described property in my name.

THAT, this AFFIDAVIT is being executed also to attest to the

truthfulness of the above facts and to serve all intents and purposes.

I, TEODORA SORIANO DOMER, Filipino, of legal age,

married to LEONARDO DOMER, with residence at Purok 7, Sitio
Tibag, Brgy. 2, Calamba City, Laguna, after having sworn in accordance
with law, depose and say:

THAT, I was born on May 7, 1971 at Calamba Emergency

Hospital, Brgy. Bucal, Calamba City, and my parents are Melecio
Soriano and Evangelina Fernandez, both native of Pangasinan;
Certificate of Live Birth ia attached as Annex “A” made par hereof;

THAT, in the BIRTH CERTIFICATE of our son- LINO

FERNANDEZ SORIANO, born on March 17, 1994, at Provincial
Health Office/Laguna Provincial Hospital, Sta Cruz, Laguna, my name
was listed as “ RHODORA” while my true name is “TEODORA” as
per my attached Birth Certificate;

THAT, I am known in the community and friends as

“ TEODORA,” “RHODORA” and “DORA” thus it refers to one
and the same person;

THAT, this AFFIDAVIT is being executed to attest to the

truthfulness of the above facts that my true and legal name is
“TEODORA” and to serve all intents and purposes.
