Image of the site of Sunderban (gosspa)

Cyclonic Wind speed over the region is 11.5 m/s

Land available is 20.03 acres
ORIENTATION OF WIND TURBINE IN KOYRA OF SUNDERBANS OVER A SMALL AREA
Power curve of the wind turbine selected for the region of Sunderbans
Weibull distribution graph of wind over the region of Sunderbans
The obstacle used here are trees which are of elevation of 20m height and the trees are away to the site location for
about 12km from the site
Material Used in making of a wind turbine
Materials used :
acrylic glass fiber
Ist steel
strengthened Foam

lets look into some of its mechanical properties ...

Advantages of using foam and glass fiber .
It won't corrode and it will not disintegrate .
It will be structurally sound for few meters of hub height .
it can be manufactured easily and composite can be prepared very effectively .. ie preparation is not energy intensive
.
Since density of foam is lower than conventional material like steel we can reduce the cost drasticslly .
Sustainable index for a model proposed

TSI = { Energy Produced + Energy Conserved } * { Capital saved } * { 1/Energy used } * { Product/Person } * {
Person/area } * { flora +fauna intensity / area }

GTSI = { GDP/Energy used } * { Population / km2 } * { Renewable Energy Produced + Conventional Energy
Conserved } * { Capital saved } * { Energy Redistributed population } * { Product and services / population } *
{ flora + fauna intensity / km2 } * { Increase in Exports / Reduction in Imports }
