STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

1. Customer Enters Password to Login
2. Customer Requests Maintenance code
3. Customer gives technician the maintenance code
4. Technician Enters Password & Maintenance code to Login
5. Technician Requests 'close ticket token'
6. Ticket token is provisioned
7. Customer gets SMS with approval pin
8. Technician enters approval pin
9. Ticket is marked as pending close

MAIN SYSTEM MONITORING

1. Tickets pending close are seen by those authorized
2. Tickets are marked as closed by those authorized
