Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of service) Act, 2016.

c) The selection is purely provisional. The provisional selection and consequent

appointment are subject to the outcome the result of the
W.P(MD).No.11496 of 2019 relating to this recruitment and any other writ
petitions / writ appeals pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court of
Madras / Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court.

d) The appointment and posting orders will be issued separately by the

Director of Medical Education, Chennai-10
