Nutrition

For a lifestyle healthy is important consume healthy food and grease slow such as:
vegetables, fruits and a lot water.

 Avoid eat in excess.


 Do exercises like: walk in the morning, aerobics, functional exercises and others.
 The benefits of have a good nutrition are improvement the brain, avoid diseases,
eliminates fatigue and stress.

Obesity

The obesity is an eating disorder that is produced by excessive consumption of body fat.

 Avoid food like sugar, fried food and fast food.


 The diseases that can produce this disorder are cancer, hearts problems, arterial
hypertension and diabetes.
