Trainee

Main responsibilities:
• To learn basic supporting tasks (e.g. cleaning, lifting, moving and protecting
components) in accordance with the instructions.
• To learn that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety
and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
• Perform basic supporting activities on the site or in the workshop according to
given instructions.
• Delivery according to specific standards and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduated in 2019 or one year back.

• GPA 3.00 or above
• Engineering Background with Electrical or Mechanical or
Mechatronics Discipline
• Fluent in English
• Indonesia nationality only
• Achieving results oriented
• Decisiveness and action orientation
• Planning and target setting
