Size: 1) 60 – 80 mm Square Cross Section with maximum length 200 – 300 mm OR

2) 60 – 80 mm Square with maximum length of 6 m.
Note: a) Gas cut billets are not acceptable
b) Shear Cut/ Band saw cut pieces only will be accepted
1. Test certificate of OEM from where the material is going to be supplied shall be
enclosed along indicating all the above elements as per tender.
2. Before shipment of the material, the vendor/ manufacturer should submit the Test
Certificate of the material offered for approval.
3. The material shall be shipped only after clearance from Midhani.
4. Delivery Schedule:
 FOB: 300 MT quantity within 30 days from the date of PO & Balance 700 MT quantity
in 40 days after the delivery of first lot (i.e. 1000 MT shall be supplied in 2 installments)
5. Quantity Tolerance: ± 10%
6. Packing: Each packing shall be 500/1000/1500 Kgs and it shall be properly sealed.
7. Every packing should have proper identification labels/markings indicating:
a) Name of Manufacturer
b) PO Number
c) Material Description
d) Lot No. / Batch No.
e) Net weight
f) Gross Weight
