AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, Grace Darlene G. Denopol, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and

presently residing at B-8 L-3, Celina Plains Subdivision Sala, Cabuyao City
Laguna after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am the Director and Corporate Secretary of Masterlink

Corporation, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Philippines
with principal office at 7/F BA Lepanto Bldg. Paseo De Roxas Bel Air Makati
City.

2. That said company was incorporated on August 31, 2018 with

SEC Registration Number CS201819402.

3. That to date, the company has not commenced operations, hence, the same
have not yet generated any income since August 31, 2018 up to the present.

4. That The stockholders and directors of the company intend to commence

operations in the future.

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to prove the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal purpose it may serve.
