panels from front and near side. Cleaned all the 11KV I/Coming & outgoing VCBS,
3. Tightened the nut/bolts of all the clamps and 11KV Bus bar and mechanism of VCBs isolators. Tightened
the mechanism of VCB isolators.
4. Tightened the nut/bolts of cable glands. Repaired the hydraulic unit of 132KV CB E5Q1 from local
market and refitted it.
5. Lubricated the moving parts of mechanism of isolator VCBs and level of T/F.

6. Cleaned the oil gauge of CTs. Cleaned & Tightened the earth clamps.
7. Lubricated the moving parts of mechanism. Checked the hydraulic oil pressure, Leakage and SF6 gas
pressure and maintained them.
8. Painted the equipment heads for R-Y-B phase marking.
9. During shutdown for FESC T/L staff attended the hot spot of line isolator No. 114 Yellow phase towards
line. Also Tightened the Nut/Bolts of all other clamps of all phases General Cleaning was carried out.
Lubricated the moving parts of mechanism.

which was trapped during issuing the PTW to LS FESCO sub Divison due to dead fault. Racked out trolley
and setted right its interlocking Rod & shutter.
2. General cleaning of 110V DC Battery set No. I was carried out. Checked the specific gravity, voltage &
electrolyte level per cell.
3. Thermovision of 220/132KV, 160MVA auto T/F Bushing & bays clamps was carried out.
4. Painted the structure of 132KV Bus bar isolatorE5Q11 & E5Q12 in 132KV yard

5. Checked the sf6 Gas pressure and hydraulic oil pressure found the hydraulic unit leakage , which was
repaired the hydraulic unit from local market and refitted it of 132kV CB E7Q1
6. Cleaned the finger contacts & porlciline parts of isolators CB & CTs.
7. Cleaned the oil gauge of glasses of CTs tightened the terminal connection of cubical boxes and vermin
proofing was carried out.

During shutdown replaced the electromechanical distance relay LZ31-24 with new digital/numerical
distance relay 7SA87 siemens make.

2. Opened the clamps of Line isolators D3Q10 from both side.
3. Cleaned the clamps & Conductors, Also cleaned the finger contacts of post insulators studs and washed
with the petrol.
4. Tightened the spring of finger contacts of rolling studs.
5. Refitted its caps and replaced the defective Nut/Bolts and cleats. Then refitted it.
6. Replaced the defective Clamps of blue of line isolator D3Q10 towards line.
7. Tightened all the nut/bolts of all other clamps and replaced the defective nut/bolts & Cleats
8. Lubricated the moving parts of mechanism.
9. Painted the structure of 132KV yard bus bar isolator E2Q11 & E2Q12 in 132KV yard

general Cleaning. Checked/confirmed the tripping of CB through distance relays found OK. Verified the
