DESCRIPTION
 The Sweet EsCake was

developed to provide a great

quality of bread and pastries

with a budget friendly price that

will surely hook the attention of

the customers. It is located at

an easily accessible place,

suitable for people of all ages.

The target market of the

business is the students. It is a

manufacturing type of business

and was organized in a form of

general partnership. 
I. HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Most of the Filipinos have a natural affinity with sugary types of

food, be it desserts or dishes. From a tediously normal day to a

special occasion such as festivities and celebrations, something

sweet must always be on the table to satisfy the cravings of their

sweet tooth. The thing is Filipinos tend to crave for an

establishment that is offering a variety of freshly baked pastries

which can give a firm relaxation once they taste it.

Due to these circumstances, The Sweet EsCake was formed. It was

made to become a daily necessity for sweet food enthusiasts

which is located at an easily accessible place, good for students,

workers and commoners. The owners came up with the idea of

developing an enterprise which is dedicated to serve a great

quality of products that can be known throughout the nearby

places where it was located. 


I. HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Behind this business are the owners and the members of the

partnership, namely Kimberly Condes, Nathalie Asia Ramos, Mhikaela

Geronimo, Nicole Ovejas and Fritzie Ann Zartiga. All of them

contributed equal shares but due to limited budget, they decided not

to hire but to designate the jobs for each of them. 

Sweet EsCake will come and make an impact unto the customers.

With the bread and pastries they are offering, and the luscious taste

and tempting aroma of the newly baked products, the business

expects to catch the attention of the possible loyal customers. It will

not just provide quality and delicious bread, but it will also help

release the customers' stress, tension and anxiety. The product itself

will serve as a "sweet" escape from their own crisis they experience in

life. From stabilizing and controlling their emotional response, TSE is

ready for accompaniment.
