Legal and Ethical Aspect of Business Assignment and Presentation

For the purpose of Legal and Ethical Aspect of Business assignment and presentations
students are expected to work in teams analysing contemporary issues regarding legal and
ethical aspects of business. This is an opportunity for future business managers and leaders to
explore solutions and anticipate challenges posed by law and ethics. Topics are provided by
the course instructor. Apart from the class presentation a brief write up have to be submitted
by the each group on the topic.

 Each team will be provided 10 minutes for the purpose of class presentation.
 The brief write up to be submitted by the groups should be within 1000-1500 words.
 Teams could focus on the following points while presenting and preparing the brief
write up:
o How the particular legal and ethical issue/concept impact business?
o What is the existing scenario regarding the legal/ethical issue in other
countries?
o As a business manager what is your stand/opinion/solution regarding the
legal/ethical issue?
o Is a new law or amendment of existing law required from a business
perspective?
