A) Which clients are direct/layers (how many and names)/VMS clients?
B) Who are the client-wise account/sales managers from NextPhase Systems?
C) Top to bottom priority-wise Which clients needed urgent assistance?
D) Which process we approach on client-wise?
(i.e Fast submission, late submission, technical screening required, communication
required)
E) Can we mention client names to candidates, i.e. to get e-mail/third-party software formatted
pay rate and authorization confirmations (does we have any pay rate confirmation &
authorization confirmation e-mail formats?)
F) Does we have any client-wise e-mail formats, to get confirmations for Telephonic & In-person
interviews?
G) Does we have any client wise e-mail/resume formats, to submit a candidate along with
formatted resume?

2) Which ATS we are using?

A) Is there any particular process through ATS or any other medium, about to get ownership of
a correlated candidate?
B) Which submissions we can go through ATS’s and which are we can submit to account/sales
managers (NextPhase Systems)

3) Which Job boards we are using along with LinkedIn?

4) Which medium we are using to communicate internally?

5) Which is the best time to arrange/attend a conference call on daily basis?

6) Which applications software we are using for e-mail merge to get most of the immigrants?

7) Which reports I have to share on daily basis?

8) Which target we have to get submissions/hires/year end ROI?
