Subject: Prayer for Grant a Seat in the College Hostel

Sir,

With due respect and humble submission to state that I am a student of

Bhadrak Autonomous college in +3 1st Year Computer Science, my roll no
BS19-164. My home town is out side the district. So for purpose of study I am
in this city, I come to College from (Present resident name). The College is
20k.m. far from my resident. In this summer it is very difficult to travel all the
day way. In the rainy season, this path cut of at many places. In winter, I
cannot reach the college in time. Transportation problem and transportation
cost is also hard to bear for me.

Therefore, I pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a seat
in your hostel and oblige thereby.
