COURSE DESCRIPTION

This is a study of the law on the Revised Corporation Code. We will deal with the how a
corporation is different from other business establishments, how it is formed and
dissolved, different kinds of corporation and discuss the obligations of the corporation
and its stockholders and members.

LEARNING OUTCOMES AND COMPETENCIES

At the end of the semester, the student will have to be able to:

1. To have knowledge of the subject as well as relevant jurisprudence;


2. To appreciate the importance of the subject to society;
3. To apply the law in a given problem;
4. To assist in enforcing rights under this law;
