The concentrated effluent from Evaporation system is mixed

with Bagasse / Rice Husk / Saw Dust / Wood Chips (1:1 Ratio)
in an online mixer. This mixture at 50-55% moisture is passed
through the Rotary Dryer to get the MIXED FUEL at 15 - 20%

Moisture.
This powder will have calorific value ranging from 2200
Kcal/kg to 2800 Kcal/kg.
The heat energy required for the Rotary dryer will be
generated from this Mixed Fuel. The Surplus Mixed Fuel will go

to Boiler & Turbine System.

be converted to Powder at 5% moisture.
This powder will have calorific value ranging from 3200

Kcal/kg to 3600 Kcal/kg.

This powder will be sold as fertilizer as it contains good
quantity of POTASH.
