IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Classes are conducted from 0800H to 1700H.
2. Please observe proper dress code (NYK-FIL Tshirt, Dark Slacks, Black Leather shoes) during training.
Wearing of maong pants and rubber shoes is strictly prohibited.
3. Discipline, good manners and right conduct should be observed at all times, Littering, loitering, sleeping,
smoking and lack of control due to influence of alcohol are ground for termination of training.
4. If you will avail the shuttle service, please arrive early at NYK-FIL Intramuros, The buses leave at exactly
0630H (1st batch) and 0645H (2nd batch) every Monday to Friday.
5. 'No admission slip, no boarding of bus' policy applies. Trainees must always bring their Admission Slips for
entire duration of training.
6. You must attend Safety Course Briefing on the first day of class.
7. 'No valid photo, no issuance of training certificate' is strictly being observed to avoid delay.
8. Please contact 0998-9668853 or (049) 508-8601 to 02 for dorm reservations / inquiries.
9. Cancellation of enrollment shall be done through online enrollment system seven (7) working days
prior start of your training. In case you cannot cancel it online due to unavoidable.
10. Payment shall be settled in full on the first day of training.
11. All matters regarding NMC allowances of NYK-FIL crew are handled by Manning Center.
12. NETI employees are not allowed to accept gifts from any trainee, applicant, supplier, crew and any
member of his/her family to avoid conflicts of interest in the business operations.
13. The Personal Information collected during your enrollment is used by NETI solely for documentation
and processing purposes. Only authorized NETI personnel has access to these personal information.
14. NETI will no longer provide plastic and paper cups for drinking as part of our campaign for a sustainable
culture of zero waste management. Please bring your own reusable bottle, tumbler, mug and cup.
