Sweep thoroughly Mop using murphy’s wood soap Fill red sanitizer bucket Put chairs down, wipe down tables and chairs Reset tables for service (check silverware & glasses for water spots) Set up polishing table in the back (2 polishing cloths, pan) Set up server station (one trash pan, one for sanitizer cloths, one for ice scoop) Fill ice container Fill water bottles (1/2 for slow night, all for busy night) Take family meal to back put in appropriate containers, date, label, place on top left shelf in walk-in Check Iced tea and creamer (if 4 days or older dump, make new) Check ground coffee, if ½ full grind more (*thoroughly clean coffee grinder and area when finished) Wipe down banquettes dining and bar room, make pillows look nice Clean windows using window cleaner Set bar for service (if no host) Fold Linens
