The logical steps for this integration are:

1. Accept an XML document as input.

2. Convert the input XML data into HDL format.
3. Compress the HDL format data to ZIP format. (HCM Data Loader requires a
compressed file in this format.)
4. Encode the compressed HDL format data in Base64. In the SOAP/XML web service,
Base64 encoding is required to transmit binary data.
5 In Oracle Integration Cloud Service, call the UCM Generic SOAP Service to upload
theZIP file content.
6. In Oracle Integration Cloud Service, call the HCM Data Loader SOAP Service to
schedule an Import and Load HCM File Data process.
7. Return the HCM-processed ID to the Oracle Integration Cloud Service caller.
